Returning food is tricky, but we'll always have you covered if you're not totally satisfied with your purchase. In short, we do not accept returns in order to guarantee product freshness and safety to our customers. Instead, we guarantee customer satisfaction. If you're not totally satisfied with your product, we will process your refund, minus any return shipping costs, within 2 business days of receipt and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will send you a replacement free of charge. The buyer must report the defect/damage within 14 days of receipt.
If you receive the wrong item (whoops, we're only human), we will send you the correct item!
Refunds/returns will not be provided due to customer error! Example: incorrect shipping address, not reading sizes or descriptions of products, etc.
